Tutorial on how to make GIFS with KMPlayer and Photoshop:Hi guys, today I’m going to show you how to make GIFS by making screen caps with KMPlayer and then editing them on Photoshop..What you will need: , .1. Open your video/clip in KMPlayer. Scroll to the part of the video where you want your GIF to start:2. Once you’ve chosen where you want your GIF to begin, press: CTRL + G on your keyboard at the same time and a box will pop up. The box should look like this:3. (Settings Vary) Now, the settings in your box all depends on how long the clip is that you are making into a GIF. Since the part of my clip that I want to be made into a GIF is only 5 seconds, I’m going to put my settings to this:4. Once your ready to start making your screen caps click “Start” on the Frame Extraction Window, then press Play on the KMPlayer to start your video. 5. Once KMPlayer is done making your screen caps, click the “Frame Extraction” box and open the folder they are saved in:6. As you can see, KMPlayer has made the screen caps. Now, you can exit out of KMPlayer, that folder and then open Photoshop.7. Once you have Photoshop open click: File > Scripts > Load files into stackOnce you’ve done that a window will pop up called “Load Layers”Click “Browse” , Double click the folder that you saved your Screencaps in. Then select all the screencaps. Once you’ve selected all of them Click “Open”8. You will then be taken back to the “Load Layers” window. Click “OK” Photoshop will then open up the screen caps as Layers.9. Click the arrow on the “ANIMATION (FRAMES)” box & select “Make frames from layers”10. Now, click that arrow again and click “Reverse Frames” to get your frames back in Order.11. Now, edit the GIF the way you want it.12. Once you’re done editing it, it’s time to save. To save your GIF do the following steps:File > Save for Web and Devices.
